South Metropolitan Region Gathering, “Around the World,” Cataract Scout Park, 9th to 12th June 2017 is an all sections camp held every 3 years and anticipated by all.
Heavy rains on Friday night did not deter venturers from setting up camp with scouts and cubs arriving on Saturday. The rain gave way to clear skys for the 3 day camp.
Venturers took responsibility for feeding the troop.
This year’s theme, Around the World, was enthusiastically embraced.
