Zombie Survival Camp Season 3 Episode 1

1st Leichhardt Scouts met at Central station on Friday evening, 25th August 2017 and caught the train to Waterfall where they walked on a rough bush track for 40 min to Camp Coutts.

They carried to camp all their gear and food. Each scout was paired off and practiced being completely sufficient over the weekend in preparation for ScoutHike.

They set up camp, cooked their own meals

and enjoyed activities which included:

• Orienteering to escape zombies, the course included set times – each team had to build a signal fire for rescue and act as the rescuers looking for signal fires from the bubble cases on the hill

• A night time escape and evade zombies wide game
• A nerf gun challenge to shoot all the zombies before being overwhelmed
• Chopping up roadkill (rump steak from Coles) with a big knife and cooking it on sticks over a fire lit with a flint

All scouts earned their unique zombie woggle.
